Conflict Minerals
PC Power & Cooling Policy Statement on Conflict Minerals
In accordance with the RBA Code of Conduct, PC Power & Cooling prohibits the use of tin, tungsten, tantalum, and gold in revenue products whose supply chains contribute to human rights abuses in the Democratic Republic of Congo or adjoining countries. Validated conflict-free sources within the DRC or adjoining countries are acceptable.
PC Power & Cooling expects its’ suppliers to implement policies and effectively control its’ supply chain consistent with this prohibition. Supplier controls should follow the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas, third edition (available here: www.oecd.org/daf/inv/mne/OECD-Due-Diligence-Guidance-Minerals-Edition3.pdf).
